Does my contact need to download an app to view my card?
No — never. IQCard is 100% web-based. Your contact opens a link in any browser on any device. Nothing to install, nothing to download. They can save your contact details with one tap using our vCard download.
How does the push notification feature work?
When a contact visits your card and subscribes (one tap, browser asks for permission), they are registered to receive web push notifications. You post an update in your card editor and click "Send push" — they receive a notification on their phone or desktop instantly, even when their browser is closed.
What does the Company Dashboard show?
The manager login shows a full overview: 5 KPI stat cards (total views, clicks, QR scans, contact actions and appointments), a 7 & 30 day engagement trend chart, platform distribution, top link performance, and a live real-time activity feed for all employees combined.
What happens when a staff member leaves the company?
The manager clicks Deactivate in the Employees tab. The card is immediately disabled — contacts who try to open the link see a deactivated message. One click. No chasing, no loose ends.
Can I run multiple companies on one IQCard platform?
Yes. IQCard is built for multi-company hosting. Each company has completely isolated data — their own manager login, company logo, employee roster and analytics. One deployment serves unlimited companies simultaneously.

Can employees customise their own cards?
Absolutely. Each employee has their own personal card editor with four tabs: Profile (name, title, photo, contact details, bio), Social Links (13 platforms), Appearance (dark or light theme), and Updates (post promotions and announcements). Changes go live instantly.
Is IQCard secure?
Yes. Each employee card editor is protected by a personal password set on first login. Manager sessions use JWT tokens with 7-day expiry. The database is hosted on Neon PostgreSQL with SSL encryption. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text.
